Specialist (f/m/d) Production IT

Your activity:

• integration of PCs, IIoT solutions and hardware in the production environment
• establishment of production networks and monitoring with regard to failure safety and IT security
• support and implementation of rollout projects
• carrying out user training
• 1st and 2nd level support of software tools used in the production environment including maintenance, testing, documentation, configuration checks, coordination of migrations and interface monitoring
• development and documentation of cross-departmental technical standards and processes in the production environment
• communication to the central IT and the architecture team

Your profile:

• master's degree / diploma in computer science or comparable studies with IT background resp. vocational training in IT systems integration or comparable qualification
• comprehensive knowledge of server and client infrastructure, IT hardware, operating systems and IT security in the client area
• basic knowledge of databases and scripting
• knowledge of operational processes and production planning as well as business management processes in the respective work environment
• ability to analyze complex issues and prepare optimal solution approaches
• ability to drive topics forward combined with innovative spirit and a solution-oriented approach to work
