Organization and Structure
PhotonicNet GmbH was founded on December 7th, 2000 with the signing of the articles of association. In the formulation of the articles of association, emphasis was placed on long-term nature and financial sustainability through appropriate clauses. The shareholders' meeting, the advisory board and the managing director are the relevant organs of PhotonicNet GmbH.
