About us
PhotonicNet is the regional innovation network for optical technologies in Lower Saxony. As part of the nationwide network for optical technologies in Germany, we promote knowledge exchange and collaboration between companies, research institutions, and organizations. Our focus is on supporting technological developments, fostering innovation, and promoting young scientific talent. Through active exchange at regional, national, and international levels, we drive technology transfer and strengthen the position of our members in the global competitive landscape.
PhotonicNet GmbH was founded in 2000 and is based on a long-term partnership agreement. Its key governing bodies include the shareholders' meeting, the advisory board, and the management.
