The ExactWeld 410 utilizes our latest Laser Framework software, which simplifies process validation and boosts production efficiency with its intuitive interface for vision and process monitoring functions. The system can be equipped with SmartSense+, which validates, monitors, and records process performance during production. Traceability, a requirement for FDA-certified (ISO 13485) production lines, is achieved by storing process records in the cloud, reducing manual errors and improving manufacturing efficiency.
In addition to precision welding, Coherent offers a complete portfolio of laser systems for cutting and marking to the medical manufacturing industry, including the StarCut Tube, ExactCut, and ExactMark systems.
