Brief Outline
Research at the Institute for High-Frequency Technology focuses on theoretical and experimental studies of modern materials (III/V, ceramic, and organic semiconductors), components, circuits, and measurement systems, whose results form the basis for future communication and information systems.
The institute currently employs around 60 staff members.
